Vanessa Graveraud

I was born in France. My Reiki initiation took place in Paris in October 2018 in the lineage of Mikao Usui. My deep interest in this tradition originally took me to Master practitioner Level 3 and 4. In February 2024 I qualified as a Master Teacher of Reiki.  This gives me all the tools necessary to give full one hour sessions to clients in need.

I previously worked in the Fashion and Luxury industry in Paris, as events project manager and then in commerce. Subsequently my interest turned towards Human Resources and I obtained a Master’s degree in this field.

My re-location to London and the birth of my second child triggered a deep re-think of my priorities. I wanted to focus more on people and well-being. My interest in alternative medicine and holistic methods has been deep and lifelong. I use Acupuncture as a personal treatment, and I have qualified in Clinical Reflexology, level 5,  at Jubilee College with the amazing Amanda McAuley in September 2023. Reiki and Reflexology came to me fortuitously and I followed the call.

Being initiated in Paris was a great opportunity to meet a community of Reiki practitioners. It ignited a real passion for this method in me. Doing self-treatment almost every day has had an incredible impact on my health – both physically and mentally. It has given me a sense of deep well-being.

Reiki and Reflexology can work on their own or in conjunction with any other medical or therapeutic technique to relieve side effects and promote recovery. In my practice I have had the opportunity to work with people suffering from a range of different conditions, including cancer and diabetes.

People in good health come to me as well and enjoy receiving the four sessions I firstly recommend: as a chance to relax deeply, re-charge and feel better.

Reiki is a simple, natural and safe healing method that everyone can use. That includes babies, children, pregnant women and the elderly. Reflexology is especially beneficial for people suffering from hormonal issues, digestive disorders, migraines, stress, insomnia and many others.
