Vanessa Graveraud
I discovered Reiki quite unexpectedly in 2018, when I was first introduced to the Usui Teate method during an initiation in Paris. What began as a personal curiosity soon became a deep passion and a central part of my life. Over the years, I continued to train and grow in the practice, eventually becoming a Reiki Master Teacher in February 2025. I had the privilege of receiving my Master Teacher initiation from Nita Mocanu, a highly respected Reiki teacher and author.
Reiki has brought me profound personal healing and continues to be a powerful source of balance and clarity in my daily life. I use it regularly for myself, my loved ones, and my clients. Reiki is a gentle but powerful healing method that works on multiple levels — physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. It helps people reconnect with their inner selves, release tension, and find renewed energy and peace.
Alongside Reiki, I also practise Clinical Reflexology, which I studied both in France and the UK. I earned a Level 5 Diploma in Clinical Reflexology — the highest level of reflexology training in the UK — from Jubilee College in September 2023. My training included advanced anatomy, physiology, and pathology, enabling me to support clients safely and effectively across a wide range of health conditions.
I work with people of all ages and backgrounds, including children, teenagers, adults, older people, and pregnant women. My approach is always tailored to the individual’s specific physical and emotional needs.
In addition to my private work, I also provide complementary therapies in a specialist oncology hospital, supporting patients undergoing cancer treatment. I also volunteered as a reflexologist at University College London Hospital (UCLH) for 16 months, where I gained valuable experience working within a clinical setting. These experiences have deepened my belief in the importance of gentle, respectful, and human-centred care — especially during vulnerable times.
I have been part of the Brackenbury Clinic team since 2020, and I feel grateful to practise in such a warm, professional, and collaborative environment.
Sessions typically last around an hour and are designed to be calming, supportive, and restorative — allowing space for both conversation and quiet healing.
I speak both English and French, and I welcome clients who feel more comfortable expressing themselves in either language.
It is always an honour to hold space for others and to support them on their journey toward greater balance, self-connection, and overall well-being.
I am registered with the UK Reiki Federation and the Association of Reflexologists.
