Anna Bazsali

Anna is a qualified Natural Bioenergetics (formerly known as Health Kinesiology) practitioner, working with both adults and children.

She offers a gentle, non-invasive and body-led approach for people who would like to ask their body what it needs in order to improve on all levels – physical, mental and spiritual. Anna works using muscle response monitoring (kinesiology-style muscle testing) to communicate with the body’s own “biocomputer”. This happens at a subconscious level, allowing imbalances to be identified accurately and corrected without guesswork.

Her work is based on an inclusive, whole-person approach to health and fully respects each client’s individual healthcare choices. Natural Bioenergetics (Health Kinesiology) can be used on its own or alongside medical care. It can also be used with psychotherapy and other therapeutic approaches, according to what is right for the individual.

Anna’s professional path began as a client herself, and her own personal experience of the work inspired her to train and become a Natural Bioenergetics practitioner (Health Kinesiologist).

Anna works with adults who are recovering from surgery, injury and cancer treatments, and she also supports people who are currently in psychotherapy and wish to explore the mind–body dimension of their healing.

Anna works with children and offers support for:

• performance and exam anxiety
• general anxiety and emotional regulation
• nail biting and other habitual behaviours
• nightmares and sleep-related difficulties

In both adults and children, Anna commonly supports clients with:

• allergies and sensitivities
• skin conditions including eczema, psoriasis and acne
• stress-related symptoms and emotional blocks

Anna provides a calm and professional setting and works in partnership with each client, following the body’s own priorities to support balance, recovery and long-term wellbeing.
