Noemie Redon

Welcome! I’m Noemie Redon, an experienced and qualified Art Psychotherapist working with adults, young people, and children from the age of 10.

I hold a master’s degree in Art Psychotherapy. I have full membership with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as well as being a member of the British Association of Arts Therapists (BAAT) abiding by their ethical framework for good practice.

My approach is to find a connection with the individual so we can work together on your needs.

My sessions are non-judgmental, honest, and committed to help you understand what is going on for you as well as respecting your pace.

The sessions can be only verbal and there is no need to be skilled at art. Sometimes, talking can feel too challenging, and working with creative resources can open new ways of expression. It can also bring to surface important unconscious material to work with and lead to a better understanding of the self.

My approach is also focused on working with feelings and felt senses in the body because emotions are a key indicator of what is really going on for you.

I work with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, loss, and bereavement etc…

AVAILABILITY:

I work at the Brackenbury Clinic on Monday and Thursday afternoons.

We would start with an initial session to explore what has brought you to therapy and whether you think we could work well together.

If we both feel I may be the right therapist for you, we can then arrange for ongoing 50-minute weekly sessions, at the same time every week.
