Long-Term Seasonal Hay Fever – A Case Study
Client: Woman in her 30s
History: Seasonal symptoms since age 7 (April–September)
Practitioner: Anna Bazsali
This client experienced persistent seasonal symptoms for over 20 years, including sore throat, itchy and runny nose, night-time congestion and disrupted sleep. She rated the overall impact on her quality of life as 9/10 during peak season.
Despite taking the highest prescribed dose of antihistamines, she experienced minimal relief. Sedating medication helped but prevented her from working or driving. Over time, she adapted her lifestyle significantly – avoiding outdoor events, changing bedding daily and constantly managing symptoms.
A Natural BioEnergetics session was carried out during active symptoms in June 2024. The session included energy mismatch correction using local pollen samples, alongside stress-related patterns identified during assessment.
The client reported a marked reduction in symptoms following the session and stopped antihistamines. When mild symptoms returned later than usual the following spring, a follow-up session was completed. She reported remaining comfortable for the rest of the summer.
She shared:
“I was able to enjoy long walks, picnics and even a full week of outdoor wedding events, something I’d never managed before.”
