Nicola (Nico) Rispoli

Nico has a Master’s Degree in Osteopathy and Naturopathy from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine. He graduated in 2016 and has been working in different multidisciplinary settings ever since.

Nico started his career in 2011 as a massage therapist. His keen interest in the human body’s movements, nutrition, posture and balance led him to the decision to deepen his knowledge and become an osteopath and naturopath.

Nico treats patients of all ages with a wide variety of complaints. As a pre- and post-spinal surgery rehab therapist he works closely with spinal surgeons at St John’s and St Elisabeth Hospitals in London. Nico also worked as lecturer of osteopathy for several years at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine. He enjoyed helping other aspirant osteopaths and naturopaths on their journey.

Nico’s approach is holistic. He combines knowledge and experience in order to find the root cause of the problem and help his patients to reach their goals. His treatments are tailored to his patients’ needs. They may include osteopathic and naturopathic techniques, as well as cupping and massage. He may suggest dietary, lifestyle or ergonomic changes. Individual exercises will be offered to relieve and/or prevent pain from overuse or injury.

Nico has a particular interest in lower back pain, food intolerances and gastro-intestinal disturbances. He addresses these according to his patients’ individual circumstances and complaints.
