Alethia Lee

Alethia is a qualified colon hydrotherapy and nutritional therapist who specialises in Holistic Optimal Digestion. That approach puts emphasis on the balance of mind, body and spirit as well as focusing on organ cleansing (colon, liver, kidney detox etc).

Alethia’s philosophy is that optimal health is about more than just the food we eat. She understands that there is no ‘one size fits all’ and she gives each client connected attention to create treatments that meet their needs. She also offers effective follow up advice to help clients reach their health goals.

Alethia is passionate about all things related to body detoxification, nutrition and cellular health. She has studied those disciplines extensively and continuously to provide treatments that are deep and effective. She gives deep focused visceral (abdominal) massage during all her treatments to support effective elimination. Herb or coffee enemas are included where appropriate.

Alethia’s personal experience of the journey from challenging to transformational health enables her to empathise, coach and support clients on their own health journeys, however great or small. Her truly adaptive, approachable and caring nature enables her to provide bespoke treatments which connect with the client’s need and give solutions adapted to their lifestyle. Clients say they are amazed by her abdominal massage, her ability to provide support incrementally and her kind personality which puts even the most nervous people at ease.

Alethia has a diploma in Colon Hydrotherapy gained from Institute of Professional Colon Hydrotherapists (IPCH). She is a member of the Association of Registered Colon Hydrotherapists (ARCH). She is also registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

Single appts: £100/up to 75mins

Course of 3 sessions: £275 (booked in advance to be used within 6 months)

Course of 6 sessions: £540 (booked in advance to be used within 12 months)
