We obtain information about you when you visit the clinic for an appointment, make an email enquiry or subscribe to our newsletter via the clinic website.

The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, telephone numbers, profession e.g. lawyer, artist, accountant etc. Your card information is held in a securely locked cabinet at the clinic. It is also held electronically on the clinic computer, and is securely double-password protected.

  • to manage clinic accounts and invoice practitioners
