Valerie Legat graduated from the European School of Osteopathy. She enjoys treating people of all ages including babies and children. Valerie uses a variety of osteopathic techniques ranging from more structural, e.g. joint manipulation to cranial osteopathy which is a less invasive and more gentle method. She adapts these techniques to fit each patient’s needs.
Valerie examines every aspect of a patient’s presenting complaint. All related issues are treated to ensure that a similar episode does not reoccur. In addition, she gives stretching, strengthening and rehabilitation exercises when deemed appropriate.
Valerie Legat is a registered osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council. She is also a member of the Institute of Osteopathy. She works at Brackenbury Clinic on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
