Alexia Lescure graduated from the European School of Osteopathy. She is practising Osteopathy at the Brackenbury Clinic in Hammersmith on Tuesdays. She uses a wide range of different techniques including functional and cranial approaches. The cranial techniques are safe, gentle, and non-manipulative. They are often used when treating young children and newborn infants. Alexia also offers structural and rehabilitation advice (stretching, strengthening, core stability).
Alexia has been working for years in the field of paediatric Osteopathy, suitable for children at all stages of development. She is also very experienced in maternity Osteopathy , relieving the stresses and strains on the body during pregnancy and after birth. She is involved daily in general osteopathic healthcare, including migraine prevention, digestion problems, joint pains, general, acute or chronic back pain, neuralgia, sciatica etc. In addition, Alexia has experience and specialisation in sports injury and emergency, and has a Master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning.
Alexia was the team osteopath for Team GB Handball Senior Men’s and Women’s teams from 2010 to 2012 and at the London Olympic Games.
